6. Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide uninterrupted access, but do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion with or without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abalytic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will immediately cease.
